Biography:

Gregg counsels businesses and organizations (including nonprofit and governmental entities) on a variety of corporate, employment, and tax matters.  His practice focuses on entity formation and governance, federal and state tax exemptions, employee benefit plans and compensation matters, employee relations, and tax planning.  That said, his past work has included numerous topics ranging from his areas of focus all the way to matters such as adulteration of drugs under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.  He also has experience performing diligence and support on corporate deals.

Gregg's past experiences at law firms of varying sizes have given him a unique perspective on the legal industry and the diverse needs of clients, and he enjoys serving as a resource for people navigating our complex local, state, federal, and international legal landscape.  He also has a background in both litigation and transactional work, including appellate work all the way to the United States Supreme Court.  This litigation background has informed Gregg's approach to even advisory matters, always considering how a document or other piece of evidence might appear in the future to a neutral arbiter.

In addition to practicing, Gregg teaches undergraduate business law and regularly presents to members of the public on corporate, employment, and tax law.
