Joe A. McClain founded the firm in 1958, serving Pasco County with distinction for nearly six decades. His career spanned public service, private practice, and community leadership.
Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1958, Joe served in the Florida Legislature from 1958 to 1962, as Assistant State’s Attorney from 1964 to 1971, and as Attorney for the Pasco County School Board from 1972 to 2002. He was also active in the Florida School Board Attorney Association from 1976 to 2002 and twice served as President of the Pasco County Bar Association, in 1966 and 1975.
