Nancy has practiced law since 1990 and holds Florida Supreme Court certification in Education Law. She has served as general counsel to the District School Board of Pasco County and the Hernando County School Board, managing real estate, contracts, and charter school matters. Currently, she serves as general counsel to the Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller.
Her practice encompasses estate planning, probate, guardianship, and adoptions, with litigation experience across state trial, administrative, appellate, and federal courts. She was appointed to the Florida Board of Bar Examiners in 2013 and served on the 2nd District Court of Appeals Judicial Nominating Commission from 1999 to 2007. She led the Florida School Board Attorneys Association as President in 2014.
A Dade City native, Nancy served as Dade City Commissioner for two terms (1992–1998) and remains deeply rooted in the community. She serves as Chancellor of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church and participates in community organizations including the AdventHealth Zephyrhills/Dade City Foundation and the Dade City Garden Club.
