Gregg provides counsel to businesses, nonprofits, and governmental entities on corporate, employment, and tax matters. His focus includes entity formation and governance, tax exemptions, employee benefit plans, compensation, and employee relations. His experience spans diverse legal areas including drug adulteration under federal law and corporate due diligence.
With background across varying firm sizes, litigation, and transactional work — including appellate matters — Gregg applies a litigation-informed perspective to advisory work. He teaches undergraduate business law and presents publicly on corporate, employment, and tax topics.
