Marshall C. Deason, Jr.

Marshall Deason is a Board-certified real estate lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience practicing real estate law in Florida. He has served as an attorney/advisor at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and held the position of vice president and general counsel at a publicly traded real estate development corporation.

He has co-authored legal practice manuals for The Florida Bar, contributed articles to legal publications, and taught as an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law and Cooley Law School. He regularly lectures on real estate law, business law, and ethics at continuing legal education programs.

Marshall earned his law degree with honors and served as executive editor of the law review.
